A 70 sqm condominium renovation designed to bring warmth, openness, and everyday comfort into an older space.

The original unit had low ceilings and a closed, outdated layout. The renovation focused on opening up the ceiling, improving natural flow, and creating a brighter, more breathable atmosphere throughout the home.

The kitchen and bathroom were fully redesigned with a clean white palette, while warm wood tones and soft textures were introduced to create a calm and lived-in feeling.

Electrical systems were fully renewed, alongside custom kitchen design, bathroom renovation, material updates, and interior styling — resulting in a minimal warm space that feels both functional and personal.
